Where Is My Life? (My Life Is Not My Own)

I live for others dreams,
That’s how it always seems.

I help with others goals,
And those who’ve lost there souls.

I survive but do not live,
I do not take but always give.

My life is full of pain,
And now I feel the strain.

My life is not my own,
The seeds I’ve not yet sewn.

I survive but do not live,
I do not take but always give.

’bout this I don’t complain,
I wonder if I am sane.

And while I lay in bed,
I search within my head.

I survive but do not live,
I do not take but always give.

Where is my life?
